Members of The Northern Club requested a bar and restaurant within their overall refurbishment of the heritage building’s basement floor overlooking Bankside St and the city skyline. The space complements the traditional dining room and lounge bar. The design involves combining sharp, potentially austere colours and materials with weathered and worn textures.
