The Practice

Fearon Hay Architects is a design-led studio undertaking a broad range of projects located in diverse environments.

The practice was founded by Tim Hay and Jeff Fearon in 1998 and was established to enable their combined involvement in the design and execution of each project. In 2018, Fearon Hay established their design studio in Los Angeles.

The studio enjoys responding to a range of briefs: Commercial projects for office and workplace; complex heritage environments; public work within the urban realm or wider landscape, private dwellings, and detailed bespoke work for hospitality and interior projects.

Fearon Hay has design studios in Auckland and Los Angeles.

Fearon Hay’s work has received extensive recognition in international award programmes.
